232 km's to go. Ok, forget about what I was saying about getting thru with only 1 hr of rain. Today's walk started with a very foggy morning, and the rain started soon after we headed out. It wasn't a hard rain, but rather a gentle drizzle. So as a result, very few pics today. Most of the walk was up up and up into the hills. It was so foggy, that there were no views to be seen however. At the top, Chantal and I made a little impromptu video you can see below. About midday, we were looking for somewhere to stop and eat something. There were no small towns with a cafe bar, so Alonso talked with a local farmer we were passing. The farmer gladly let us use one of his sheds. This is the scene of our second video. The final few kilometres into town, were on a very steep decline. It was slippery shale rock all the way down, requiring us to go very slowly. Anyway, the three of us are the only people in a nice little alberque here in Campobecerros. Chantal is past out today. Only 232 km left? At the Battle of the Bulge, General Patton got his men to do that in 3 days. In the winter.
